Enhancing Internal Operations Management Capacity and Strengthening Internal Management Foundation

At 17:00 on March 8th, the Group company internal management consulting project kick-off meeting for "Organizational redesign and deep optimization of management system based on the development strategy of company" was held formally. All the staff of Group headquarters and city corporations had attended the meeting, President of the Group, Zhou Xianghui had attended the kick-off meeting and made an important speech.

At the meeting, Wang Wenxi, the general manager of East China of Sap Company had expounded the significance and requirements of this project, Huang Shifeng, the project manager of Sap Company had described the work plan of the project and the developing method for future projects, besides, Hong Chuanhai, the assistant president of Goocoo Group headquaters had announced the project organization members and major responsibilities and emphasized the results criteria of the project. Zhou Xianghui, the Group President had made the mobilization speech for project startup.

President Zhou Xianghui said that, “2012 is the year connecting the past and present for the rapid development of Goocoo Group, especially at the national macro-control period, it should maintain the trend of sustained and rapid development, undoubtedly, 2012 is an important year for the development of Goocoo Group and the completion of each task is very important. In this year, there are five important tasks for us to complete, and "enhancing internal operations management capacity and strengthening internal management foundation" is the basic guarantee in five tasks. In 2011, the Group launched a strategic planning consulting project, in order to ensure the implementation of strategic planning and adjustment to the organization control, process management system, performance pay system and plan management system should be sorted out synchronously; in addition, in order to ensure the on-line implementation of OA, CRM and other informatization projects in May 2012, key processes should be refined. Therefore, we can say that the module involves in this project is more and the depth involved is relatively deeper, however, the project cycle is only two months, person in charge of various departments and city companies should arrange the coordination between the professional work and the tasks of the project, when ensuring that the professional work will not be affected, this project should be completed on time with quality guaranteed. Especially the city companies, as the terminal performer of internal management system, they should be able to fully understand the inherent logic set by the management system so that the process can be executed more smoothly. Meanwhile, President Mr. Zhou hopes that the project team members can learn about the advanced management concepts of consultants in the communication process with them and apply these concepts to practical management work.
  
The theme for the management consulting project is the organizational redesign and deep optimization of management system based on the development strategy of company, this is the fourth cooperation between Goocoo Group and Sap Company, after three times of good cooperation and under the help of Sap consultants, Goocoo Group has established a perfect and normative internal management system with the joint efforts of all my colleagues in the Group. In order to ensure the rapid development of the Group, we once again invited Sap Company to assist further improvement on the standardization of management.
