Goocoo Group Successfully Signed the Contract for “Prologis-Wuhu Logistics Park Project” with Global Logistic Properties

On December 11th, 2012, the signing ceremony of "Prologis-Wuhu Logistics Park Project" jointly developed by Anhui Goocoo Investment Group and Prologis Investment Management Co., Ltd. was held grandly in the conference room of Wuhu Best Western Shine Glory Hotel. Wang Donghua, the deputy mayor of Wuhu City attended the conference and Tang Kaiqiang, secretary of Jiujiang District party committee, Ge Zhining, direction of District People "s Congress, Jia Quanhai, Chairman of the People"s Political Consultative Conference of the District, Zhang Zaibao, standing committee member of District Committee and Xia Feng,deputy head of district as well as responsible persons of Wuhu Investment Promotion Bureau, Statistical Bureau, Planning Bureau, Land and Resources Bureau and relevant district departments had attended the signing ceremony. Yuan Qisheng, the investment CEO signed the contract on behalf of Goocoo Group.
 
The project is located in Jiujiang Economic Development Zone with the estimated total investment of 1.3 billion Yuan  and a total building area of about 140,000 square meters. The project will focus on the introduction of fast moving consumer goods and retail logistics service providers, etc. after its completion, it is estimated that the annual logistics transaction value will be over 2 billion Yuan  after being put into operation fully, thus it will become one "new force" of modern logistics industry in Wuhu. The project company has been registered in Wuhu, besides, "second investment" will also be conducted actively to promote customers introduced by the project to settle in Wuhu.
