2012 Annual Work Summary and Commendation Conference of Goocoo Group Has Been Held Successfully

On February 2nd, 2013, 2012 annual work summary and commendation conference of Goocoo Group had been held solemnly in the 3rd Floor conference hall of District Government of Shushan, all the staff of Group companies had participated in the conference, which was chaired by Zhang Jianping, the manager of Operations Management Center. Yuan Qihong, the chairman of the Group had attended the conference.
 
The conference opened its curtain with the “2012 annual playback short films”of Goocoo Group and jointly reviewed the wonderful imprint left by us in 2012.
  
The first item on the agenda was the 2012 Group chronicle of events made by Li Mei, the president of Huaibei and Bozhou Company, she also led everyone to relive the exciting events happened in 2012 from the seven aspects — project development, marketing promotion, groundbreaking, project delivery, management improvement and exchanges and cooperation as well as enterprise honor. These events are the best portrayal to the rapid development and continuous breakthrough of Goocoo Group.
   
The second agenda of the conference is the 2012 work summary and 2013 work plan report made by Professional CEO Hong Chuanhai. The report had comprehensively summarized and analyzed signing of sales contracts, payment collection, land development, financing and other indicators as well as planning and design, marketing, purchasing management and other works of Goocoo Group in 2012, it had also sorted out the work plan for 2013 systematically. Finally, the report pointed out that achievements made in 2012 have already become the past, but it has gathered strength and laid a solid foundation for the development in future, we will set sail in 2013, all the Goocoo colleagues are now working together to step on a broader avenue towards the morning glow."

The third agenda of the conference is also the most the exciting link of the conference: namely announcing the list and advanced deeds of excellent employees, presenting prizes to excellent employees as well as speech of excellent employees’ representative. The chief executive officer Yuan Qifu read out the list and advanced deeds of excellent employees first at all. It was worth mentioning that Huaibei Company was awarded the 2012 Excellent Team Award for its outstanding performance, meanwhile, the important decision to grant Bozhou and Huaibei Company special reward was informed. Then all the leaders attending the conference issued the bonus and certificates of honor to award winners. Fang Anlong, the civil engineer of Goocoo Plaza Project of Huaibei Company and Zhang Cheng, the application director of Langxi Company spoke on behalf of the excellent employees to share their gained knowledge and experience on the job. Next, the agenda is the speech made by management representative, Wang Chao, the vice president of Huaibei Company got onto the stage and made a speech as the management representative, when summarizing the achievements made by Huaibei company in 2012, he had also looked into 2013 and future job prospects and said that he would work harder and continue to complete various affairs of Huaibei Company so as to ensure the realization of 2013 annual goals. His speech represented the commitment of middle-senior managers, thus there will be a more solid guarantee for sprinting the annual goals of 2013.

Finally, Chairman Yuan Qihong made a passionate speech to all the participants, he pointed out that in 2012, Goocoo has made remarkable achievements, which  was inseparable from everyone"s courageous struggle and sincere cooperation. We would usher new and bigger goals in 2013. In front of the goals, we had to meet the challenges and march forward courageously with more wonderful state of minds and high-spirited enthusiasm. Chairman"s speech won bursts of applause from everyone and enhanced the confidence of everyone to complete the tasks of 2013. At the end of the conference, "Employee New Year Celebration" short films taken and made by Operations Management Center were played. In many sincere blessings of the staff, Goocoo Group began a new journey. 2012 Annual Work Summary and Commendation Conference of Goocoo Group came to a successful conclus.
