Shanghai Finance University Goocoo Research Institute (Free Trade Area Finance Research Institute) Has Been Established

In order to adapt the great challenges in domestic and overseas economic and financial fields, meet the new opportunities in China (Shanghai) pilot free trade zone construction and steadily promote strategic planning and industrial distribution of the Group, as the first open research institution jointly built by enterprise, bank and university in Shanghai, Shanghai Finance University Goocoo Research Institute (Free Trade Area Finance Research Institute) has been established formally on November 25th with the joint contribution of Goocoo Group, Shanghai Branch of Bank of China and Shanghai Finance University, Yuan Qihong, the chairman of Goocoo Group assumes the office of honorary chairman and Zhou Zhenhua, the director of the Development Research Center of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government acts as chairman.

Relying on the preponderant subjects and well-known experts of Shanghai Finance University, the Research Institute integrates various social resources to set up the open and innovative international platform for personnel interested in engaging in the study of finance, economy, management and other fields in the world. It is not only an innovative platform cooperated by the government, enterprise, university and research institution but also the cultivation platform of interdisciplinary and multi-industry research team and the development platform of applied research results, it will become the brand new stage for many scholars to dock government and industry needs, focus on major economic and social problems, conduct research ofapplication countermeasures and strategy consultancy.

Meanwhile, Shanghai Finance University Goocoo Research Institute (Free Trade Area Finance Research Institute) is another enterprise high-end think tank that Goocoo Group strives to build following Shanghai Development Research Foundation “Excellence ?
