Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Zhang Baoshun Inspected the Shantytowns Transformation Project in Anqing

On the morning of January 8, 2014, secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Zhang Baoshun inspected the Anqing Shun"an Road shantytowns transformation and security housing project invested and built by our Group accompanied by Anqing municipal party secretary, Yu Aihua, Wei Xiaoming, Mayor of Anqing City and leaders of Anqing House Property Bureau.

In the site of Anqing Shun"an Road shantytowns transformation project, leaders of Anqing House Property Bureau introduced the details of the project construction situation to the secretary of Provincial Party Committee Zhang Baoshun , the Group investment CEO and regional chairman Yuan Qisheng made a promise to the provincial and municipal leaders that Goocoo Group will spare no effort to cooperate with the government in the promotion of shantytowns transformation and construction of security housing project, put project quality and safety in the first place, actively promote livelihood projects and make greater contributions to the creation of a harmonious society.

The south area Shun"an Road security housing and placement housing construction project of Anqing urban center south is located at the east of Shun’an Road, north of Huazhong Road and west of Shun’an River. The project covers an area of 125,000 square meters with a gross floor area of 205,900 square meters, including 41,600 square meters of low-rent housing, 84,500 square meters of public rental housing, 38,000 square meters of placement housing, 41,800 square meters of public facilities, a total of 2461 planned households and a total of 8786 resident population. The project is invested and built by Goocoo Group with reasonable overall layout and space with suitable spacing, the design of house layout focuses on humanization, the entire residential district has elegant environment and complete facilities and is convenient for living. After completion of project, the housing security for low and middle income families in Anqing and placement for the masses whose housing had been demolished in the construction of Eastern New Town will be solved.
