2013 Annual Work Summary and Commendation Conference of Goocoo Group Had Been Solemnly Held

On the afternoon of January 24th, 2013 annual work summary and commendation conference of Goocoo Group had been solemnly held. The conference was jointly organized by Goocoo Group and Party committee, the Group chairman, secretary of the party committee and other leaders as well as management layer of Business and Management Company had attended the conference and all the Group staff had participated in the conference through field, video, network broadcast and various ways.

The Group Technology CEO Hong Chuanhai had made the 2013 Annual work summary report for the conference, comprehensively reviewed the completion of the Group"s principal business objectives and work plans of 2013, affirmed the great achievements made in the past year and conscientiously summed up the lack in work. The report pointed out that 2013 was one landmark year for the brand upgrading and strategic transformation of the Group. The development history of Goocoo Group over the past two decades had laid a solid foundation for the grand vision of becoming China"s first-class enterprise. We must make persistent efforts in 2014, especially the further promotion of professional standardization and other aspects to meet the needs of the future rapid development and management upgrade of the Group.

The Group Chief Operating Officer Wang Wenxi had commended the excellent teams and individuals with both ability and political integrity and remarkable achievements in the past year on behalf of the Group management layer, he also called on all the employees of Group to follow their example, work hard to catch up with them and keep forging ahead so that more excellent teams and individuals may emerge in 2014. While the passionate speech made by two excellent representatives had made the conference even more colorful, they had shared the dribs and drabs of growth in the past year with all the staff and their sensation and gratefulness were shown in facial expressions.

The Group deputy chairman Zhang Ronghua made the work prospects report for the phased development goals of Group in 2014 and the coming period to the conference on behalf of the Group Board of Directors. The strategic transformation of Goocoo Group has entered the fast lane, 2014 will open the prelude of great-leap-forward development. The Group will strengthen the national layout, accelerate regional deep ploughing in the province and improve the resources integration of three business areas — business operations, industrial investment and modern finance to build the diversified large enterprise group.

Finally, the Group chairman Yuan Qihong delivered an important speech with understated words, which had been deeply rooted among the participants. Chairman pointed out that the excellent achievements made today originated from the hard struggling and work of all the Goocoo people.
