Microsoft “Settles down” in Anhui Provincial Comprehensive Production and Service Agglomeration Area

Relying on the strong strength of enterprise, keen strategic insight and powerful brand influence, Goocoo Group successfully operates the settlement of world-renowned Microsoft in Anhui Provincial Comprehensive Production and Service Agglomeration Area (Jingshang Trade City) of Hefei New Station District. This is the news from the Microsoft strategic cooperation memorandum signing ceremony in Hefei New Municipal and Cultural District Development on the afternoon of June 8th.

High attention has been paid to the settling of Microsoft in Hefei by party committees and governments at all levels. Wu Cunrong, standing committee of Anhui Provincial Committee and secretary of Hefei Municipal Party Committee attended the ceremony. The Microsoft delegation headed by the vice-president of Microsoft Greater China Region and the general manager of Government and Public Utilities Department, Yang Chen attended the ceremony, members of the delegation also includes the director of strategic cooperation and cloud computing, Chu Guohua, general manager of Public Utilities Department in East China Region, Wang Hongyan and other company executives. Yuan Qihong, the Chairman of the Board of Goocoo Group, Li Mei, the chairman of Goocoo Real Estate Group and president of Goocoo Industry Holdings Co., Ltd, Yao Daquan etc. attended the signing ceremony.

Wu Cunrong, the municipal party secretary met with the vice-president of Microsoft Greater China Region and the general manager of Government and Public Utilities Department, Yang Chen and his party before the signing ceremony. Wu Cunrong noted that the settling of Microsoft"s new project in the New Station District was a forward-looking strategic choice. It is hoped that Microsoft would accelerate the propelling of project with new concepts and ideas so as to put it into operation as soon as possible. Hefei Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government will give all-out support and provide good service. Yang Chen said that this cooperation with Hefei was a good beginning, Microsoft would give full play to technologies, platforms and other advantages to make sure of good project building and operation.

According to the agreement signed, Microsoft will carry out cooperation in high and new technology demonstration, vocational education, talent training and many other fields through the construction of technology exhibition centers and innovative schools. Microsoft’s settling down in Anhui Provincial Comprehensive Service Agglomeration Area realizes its direct contact with enterprises and it will help enterprises in the Agglomeration Area to seize the opportunity by virtue of Microsoft"s outside brainpower so as to embark on the fast lane of transformation and upgrading as soon as possible.

According to the authorized operating agreement signed, Goocoo Group will become the sole operator of Hefei New Station District Microsoft strategic cooperation, a series of effective measures have been taken or will be taken by Goocoo Group in its Provincial Service Industry Agglomeration Area (Jingshang Trade City) to ensure that the cooperation between Microsoft and enterprises as well as innovative entrepreneurs achieves maximum efficiency, besides, great efforts will be made to make greater contribution to accelerating the pace of industrial upgrading of Hefei City and even Anhui Province as well as the success of “Popular Entrepreneurship and Innovation” strategy!
