Goocoo Group—One of the 2018 Best 100 of China Real Estate Developers

With excellent performance, strong strength and efficient operation, Goocoo Group has been included in the list of the best 100 real estate developers in China again:

—Standing in the 69^th place in the ranking of “2018 Best 100 of China Real Estate Developers”;

—Standing in the 4^th place in the ranking of “2018 Best 10 of Efficiency of China Real Estate Developers”;

—Standing in the 37^th place in the ranking of “2018 Best 50 of China Commercial Real Estate Developers”.

This result was published jointly by China Real Estate Association, Shanghai E-house China R&D Institute and China Real Estate Appraisal Centre. On March 21, the above three units jointly convened the Presentation Conference for Evaluation Results of 2018 Best 500 of China Real Estate Developers in Beijing. At the conference, they published a series of evaluation rankings, including the “2018 Best 500 of China Real Estate Developers” and the “2018 Preferred Supplier/Service Provider Brands among the Best 500 China Real Estate Developers”, and granted certificates to the enterprises listed therein.

    It’s the fourth consecutive year that Goocoo Group has been included in the list of the best 100 real estate developers in China. Its success is a result of its efforts made in management and innovation. In 2017, in the context that the state  implemented strict adjustments, Goocoo Group has further strengthened the leading role of its enterprise development strategy. First of all, it has carried out a comprehensive “Management Improvement Year” campaign and made innovations in mechanisms to bring the advantages of the management-oriented enterprise into full play, strengthen the ability to conduct precision management and flexibly respond to the markets and greatly release its potential. Secondly, it has dared to establish product quality benchmarks. Goocoo Group has further strictly implemented the product quality management system, and by means of industry expert visits, owners’ open visit and others, introduced the social and public jointly supervision mechanism, so that excellent product quality has become the best spokesperson of Goocoo brand. Thirdly, it has accurately grasped national policies and followed the development of the times. It has also continued contributing to the supply-side reform and satisfying the “rigid demands” and improvement demands in the market. Among the ranking of “2018 Best 100 of ChinaReal Estate Developers”, Goocoo Group advanced by 5 places comprehensively and by 1 place in efficiency over the previous year.
