2011 Annual Work Summary and Commendation Conference of Goocoo Group Had Been Held Successfully

On January 17, 2012, 2011 annual work summary and commendation conference of Goocoo Group had been held solemnly in the 3rd Floor conference hall of District Government of Shushan, all the staff of Group headquarters and all the city corporations had participated in the conference, Mr. Yuan Qihong, the chairman of the Group had attended the conference, which  was chaired by Zhang Jianping, the manager of Operations Management Department.

The conference opened its curtain with the 2011 annual playback short films of Goocoo Group. The first item on the agenda was the review of 2011 chronicle of events led by the assistant president, Hong Chuanhai from the four aspects — project development, marketing promotion, groundbreaking and management improvement, both the popular sales of Famous City and the obtaining of the block of Huaibei Goocoo Plaza had shown that the business of Goocoo Group reached a new stage in 2011.

The second agenda of the conference is the report on 2011 work summary and 2012 job objectives made by President Zhou Xianghui. The report points out that the past 2011 is a harvested year for Goocoo Group, it had made tremendous achievements in signing of sales contracts, payment collection, land development and other areas, which originated from not only the rallying minds of Goocoo people but also the heavy accumulation of 13 years of Goocoo Group. Besides summing up the achievements, the report also points out that there will be hopes and difficulties as well as opportunities and challenges in 2012; therefore, we should achieve the job objectives of 2012 with wonderful state of minds.

Announcing the list and advanced deeds of excellent employees, presenting prizes to excellent employees as well as speech of excellent employees’ representative was an important agenda for the conference, the assistant president Yuan Qifu read out the list and advanced deeds of excellent employees first at all, then all the leaders attending the conference issued the bonus and certificates of honor to award winners. At the conference, Ms. Li Mei, chairman of Bozhou Company, Mr. Yuan Qifu, Manager of Purchasing Administration Department of the Group and Mr. Wang Hongqi, civil engineer of Famous City Project Department of Bozhou Company spoke on behalf of the excellent employees to share their gained knowledge and experience on the job.

The fourth agenda of the conference was signing target responsibility documents of 2012. The Chairman and President, President and all the leaders in charge as well as presidents of city companies had signed 2012 target responsibility documents respectively, all the leaders wrote the new targets of Goocoo Group in the new year in the target responsibility documents with bright red shell, which represented the great aspiration and commitment of the whole Goocoo people for the future. In 2012, the Goocoo Group will continue the ice-breaking trip in the real estate industry.

Finally, Chairman Yuan Qihong made a passionate speech to all the participants, he pointed out that in 2011, Goocoo has made remarkable achievements, which was inseparable from everyone"s efforts, but we should not be conceited, self-satisfied and remain stagnant in the face of achievement, on the contrary, in front of arduous target tasks and tough market environment in 2012, we have to meet the challenges of 2012 with wonderful state of minds and high-spirited enthusiasm so as to win victory. Chairman"s speech won bursts of applause from everyone and enhanced the confidence of everyone to complete the tasks.

Passion and sweat have built our past achievement, while reasonable mind and persistence will ensure a better future. As long as we keep the faith, we have sound reasons to believe that 2012 will be one more exciting year.  We will participate in the rapid advance of Goocoo’s career and experience the exciting moment of success together. At the end of the conference, "spring welcoming videos of post-80s and post-90s" taken and made by Operations Management Department was played.
