The complex project springs up everywhere in Hefei

From the downtown to the new urban area, the layout of commercial complex develops continuously and the new business circle is formed constantly. Recently, the construction of a batch of complex projects will be starting to inject new vitality into the modern service industry. New complexes will be built in Baohe Industrial Zone. China State Construction Engineering Corporation from Hong Kong will create the industrial base, in addition to the industrial land, and also build supporting facilities including a conference center, hotel and hypermarket. Baowen (Anhui) Real Estate Co., Ltd. will invest in the construction of Baowen Business Plaza covering an area of 230,000m2, a large-scale urban complex integrating high-end business, catering, recreation, shopping as a whole.The "Wanhong Center" urban complex project located in the south of Fanhua Road and in the east of Beijing Road will build a large bionic indoor amusement park and a star cinema.

In addition, several old communities and factory buildings will be transformed into the urban commercial center with the help of urban complex project. Hefei Laoma Food Company situated in the east of Huizhou Road, in the south of Urumqi Road and in the north of Xining Road will be upgraded to an urban complex. East Chengang District, the living quarters for the original Provincial Installation Company also has been decided to build into the new city plaza, including residence, commerce and other supporting facilities.
