USTC intelligent robot "Kejia" shows her shopping guide service in the mall for the first time

 

    On January 13, one customer was shooting the shopping guide service provided by robot "Kejia". On that day, the "Kejia" cloud interaction robot developed by the University of Science and Technology of China entered one large shopping mall of Hefei, Anhui to offer shopping guide service. It is reported that the robot "Kejia" had broken through the traditional one-to-one dialogue mode between human being and robot with the help of cloud platform and other advanced technological means, it can provide different customers with shopping consultation and guidance service, which marked that the research and development of intelligent service robot "Kejia" had entered the practical stage.
