The suspended Zhongfa Science and Technology announced on evening of June 01 that Ge Zhifeng (the former actual controller) transferred through negotiation 100% of stock rights on Shanghai Hongwang Asset Management Limited held by him to Anhui Goocoo Robot Industry Holdings LTD on May 28, 2015; thus “Goocoo Robot” indirectly controlled 27,073,300 shares of Zhongfa Science and Technology, with shareholding ratio of 17.09%. The actual controller of the corporation changed from Ge Zhifeng to Yuan Qihong. The assets of “Goocoo Robot” are very likely to be injected into a listed company.
