“Jin Bao Bao” Proposes to Develop Women and Child Health Care Services in Mainland China

    News on Nov. 19: As reported by Finet Group Limited, Jin Bao Bao Holding Company (stock code: 01239-HK) announced that it had signed MOU with Goocoo Group, that it was likely to purchase 100% of stock rights on target company, and that it would possess the rights and interests on a hotel located in Hefei, Anhui Province. The corporation planned to redesign the hotel into a women and child health care center after completion of purchase.

    Meantime, The corporation also signed Memorandum of Cooperation concerning possible establishment of joint venture with Anhui Women and Child Health Care Hospital. It was suggested by Anhui Women and Child Health Care Hospital to the corporation that the main business of the joint venture would be provision and operation of women and child health care services.

    Currently, Anhui Women and Child Health Care Hospital is still operated by Anhui Women and Child Health Care Hospital; this hospital possesses 1,000 beds and more than 1,200 employees, and the number of patients who see doctors in this hospital in a year is more than 1,000,000.
