Anhui Goocoo Kechuang Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Goocoo Kechuang) was established in 2016, subordinate to Goocoo Group. It is a professional institution engaged in investment, merger and acquisition as well as operation and management of equity in a cultural education industry.

Goocoo Kechuang focuses on the distribution in colleges (higher vocational colleges), it actively carries out school-enterprise cooperation, taking vocational training and pre-vocational education as the core. It has obtained authorization of Microsoft (China) in "Microsoft Innovation School", and prepared to build Goocoo E-commerce University. Besides, it has signed school-enterprise cooperation agreements with Anhui Vocational College of City Management, Anhui Broadcasting Movie and Television College and other colleges. It will be based on Modian Vocational Education Town of Hefei in the future with the goal of training 15,000 professional e-commerce talents and signing cooperation agreements with 11 units in 2017.

Relying on Microsoft"s innovative school background, Goocoo opens a new journey of vocational education with the establishment of vocational education industry platform. It is intended to provide partners with service in counseling of recruitment and employment, curriculum system construction, teaching staff construction and training, practical training and service facilities and other aspects so as to improve teaching quality, expand enrollment scale, improve student employment rate, achieve the benign development of school and cultivate more outstanding practical talents for the society through cooperation with the vocational education institutes. 

On the other hand, Goocoo Kechuang is committed to creating the integrated entrepreneurial innovation platform, it has set up nearly 50,000 square meters of  entrepreneurship and innovation base, including 2,000 ㎡ of college students e-commerce incubation base, 2,000 ㎡ of "online celebrity " + "e-commerce" makerspace, 15000 ㎡of robot intelligent manufacturing incubator, 30000 ㎡ of Microsoft accelerator and display space.
