Located at Hefei export-oriented economy “New Highland”, sitting on “米(Chinese word) ”-shaped high-speed rail transport hub, and taking advantage of Hefei-Xinjiang-Europe special train to actively integrate into “One Belt and One Road”……as Anhui Provincial-level service industry agglomeration area, Xinzhan Goocoo Comprehensive Production Service Agglomeration Area is embracing the “New Blue Sea” in international industrial development map, and expects to create large-scale transaction market on “One Belt and One Road”, and become another hundred-billion “Big Mac” industry of Hefei in the following three years.

During interview, Hefei Channel of People’s Daily understands that Xinzhan Goocoo Comprehensive Production Service Agglomeration Area is located in Hefei Xinzhan New District and neighboring to the lakeside of Taochong Lake, and enjoys beautiful environment. The Agglomeration Area plans to cover a land area of 2,623.4 mu (1mu=0.067 hectare). With total investment of RMB 26.465 billion, the Agglomeration Area mainly builds eight functional areas, namely industrial product distribution center, modern logistics center, E-commerce platform, new energy industrial innovation center, “Entrepreneurship and Innovation” demonstration center, modern intelligent parking lot service center, financial service center and animation culture creative industry park.

 “Domestically, the Agglomeration Area is situated in Xinzhan District, sits on Hefei high-speed rail transport hub, the radiation radius of the consumption market is 500km, which is of important significance on stimulating domestic demand. Internationally, by virtue of outstanding advantages of the open platforms such as Hefei Comprehensive Bonded Zone, Hefei-Xinjiang-Europe special train, and Hefei is the node city of “One Belt and One Road”, the Agglomeration Area can be integrated into the development of “One Belt and One Road” in all directions”, and become one of the “Bridgeheads” for Hefei export-oriented economic development. Zhu Shengli, Deputy Director of Xinzhan High-tech District Management Committee, told our reporter. Looking forward to the future development direction, it’s undoubtedly the best upside for the Agglomeration Area to embrace “One Belt and One Road”.

According to the planning, Xinzhan Goocoo Comprehensive Production Service Agglomeration Area will center on modern industrial development of Xinzhan District, comprehensively make use of finance, logistics, network and other means, and aim at service for thousands of productive service enterprises to promote the settled enterprises to develop from single production to marketing, research, development, innovation and export in the Agglomeration Area so as to create Hefei comprehensive production service core area. The development goal is: to 2020, it’s expected that the operating income will reach RMB 100 billion, there will be more than 10,000 settled enterprises which will absorb over 300,000 employees.

“The development of current professional commodity trading market must embrace the Internet. As the later Jingshang Business and Trade City, it can not follow traditional market road, but plan from high starting point.” Zhu Shengli thinks that the Agglomeration Area urgently needs deep combination with the Internet and online & offline interactive development for becoming the next “Hundred Billion Industry” of Hefei. “The future development of Jingshang Business and Trade City needs to actively build cross-border E-commerce platform and convenient trade channel. It devotes to becoming the commodity distribution center with complete kinds on “One Belt and One Road”, offline experience center, settlement center and logistics center, and creating super transaction market to become an important part for construction of “One Belt and One Road” ”.
