According to one worker: "The original third floor is still based on catering without any change after transformation. As shown in the plan, we will build GOOCOO Plaza into the modern commercial street style." However, it will spend days to meet with the public according to the dismantling conditions.

The fourth floor of GOOCOO Plaza is mainly used for garage, and the original merchants are still in maintenance and transformation. But, some KTV and foot bath cities are in the business.

GOOCOO grows with Sanli"an within 13 years.

Sanli"an is called as the central business circle which walks out from temple, specifically speaking, it develops from a Tang temple which became an agricultural field in 1950s, then, Sanli"an street occurred in 1980s, now, it has become GOOCOO Plaza and Zhixin City.

There is no sense of violation if we say that GOOCOO achieves Sanli"an. When GOOCOO Plaza was officially opened in 2004, it brought the first "ShoppingMall" bran-new business mode to Anhui. This land plot is located in the second-phase GOOCOO which is in the western of Goocoo Plaza.

In the morning of Nov. 9, 2016, the opening ceremony of second-phase project of GOOCOO Plaza was held on W1501 land plot of Shushan District. This marks that the project was officially started.

 

       

 As shown in the construction scheme of second-phase GOOCOO Plaza, the project covers an area of 134,022m2. The whole design concept: Experimential shopping center It lays emphasis on the urban environment and space and forms the street-type walking shopping space with the existing Anhui GOOCOO Plaza, in such case, the shopping line will connect to Changjiang West Road and Nanyi Ring Road to activate the city power.

According to the construction site of second-phase GOOCOO Plaza, the partial foundation has been laid and many excavators are in the operation. Considering that the first and second-phase GOOCOO Plaza are located in Sanli"an business circle, the commercial body layout is a bit tight with the addition of Zhixin City which started its business in 2012.

It is worth noting that Sanli"an business circle has a dense population of residents (Meiyuan Apartment, Xiyuan Community, Vanke Jinyu Huafu, Shushan West Village), students (Anhui University, Anhui Agricultural University, Anhui Medical University and others) and office people (Real Estate Investment Plaza, Huijin Building, Wangcheng Building and Zhixin City). Due to the big population flow and thick commercial atmosphere, the market potentials are relatively great.

In addition, Hefei intends to build 10 business circles in the future, including Sanli"an business circle. The No. 2 subway line which will be put into operation in Oct. of this year can directly pass through the business circle and realize the seamless docking with Xiyuan Road Station.
