【Sohu】Ranking List of 2018 Best 500 of China Real Estate Developers

On March 21, the press conference for appraisal results of 2018 Best 500 of China Real Estate Developers was held in Beijing. The high-profile appraisal lists such as “2018 Best 500 of China Real Estate Developers”, “Preferred Supplier Service Brand of Best 500 of China Real Estate Developers” were announced. The appraisal, co-sponsored by China Real Estate Association, Shanghai E-house R & D Institute and China Real Estate Appraisal Center, has developed for ten years. Relevant appraisal results have become important standard for judging enterprise comprehensive strength and industry position in real estate developers.

After objective, fair, professional and scientific appraisal research, 2018 Best 500 of China Real Estate Developers were announced. Goocoo Group was selected on the list by its abundant strength and excellent performance. It won the honor of “2018 Best 100 of China Real Estate Developers”, ranking the 69^th and increasing 5 ranks over previous year and has won the special honor of “2018 Best 100 of Efficiency of China Real Estate Developers” for four consecutive years.

The appraisal report for top 500 real estate developers issued in this conference indicated that the real estate developers in 2017 got a new development under the background of supply side reform and city policy implementation, annual commercial house sales amount and sales area realized new breakthrough, but different regional urban differentiation further highlighted, merger and reconstruction in real estate industry were further accelerated, and industry concentration was further improved.
