Over the years, under the guidance of municipal, district and street party groups, Goocoo’s party building and enterprise development have realized mutual promotion, common progress and deep integration. Integrating with production and management, Goocoo offered advices and suggestions through the “Golden Idea” activity to l improve the Group’s innovation level; carried out advanced individual and unit publicity to create a better atmosphere of comparing, studying, catching up, helping and exceeding. Integrating with employee development, Goocoo trained the cadres to become the party members and trained the party members to become cadres. The party committee participated in the investigation and appointment of middle-level and above cadres of the Group. Furthermore, Goocoo built the staff library, developed the party class education, organized the fellowship activity, sympathized the difficult workers, and constructed the enterprise harmonious relations. In order to protect the development of the Group, the secretary of the commission for discipline inspection has signed a letter of responsibility for clean government with the principal officers of all units and departments of the Group for five consecutive years. The discipline inspection and supervision center carried out audit and supervision of group projects. Integrating with corporate culture, Goocoo established the party group briefing, special newspaper, party building website and other forms to publicize the core socialist values and the advanced concepts of the Group. Integrating with serving social development, the Group actively participated in All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce’s “Ten Thousand Enterprises Helping Ten Thousand Villages” targeted poverty alleviation and other social welfare activities. Over the years, there have been about RMB 1.6 billion yuan of charitable donations and investment in poor areas.

In recent years, the party committee of the Group was appraised as “The Second Batch of Enterprise Party Organizations of ‘Double Strength and Six Virtues’ at the Provincial Level” by the provincial non-public economic and social organization and industry committee of the organization department of the provincial party committee; and awarded Advanced Unit of Party Building by provincial general chamber of commerce. The Group’s trade union was awarded “Provincial  Demonstration Trade Union for Non-public Enterprises” by the provincial general trade union; and awarded “Four-star Worker’s Home” by the municipal federation of trade unions.
