Hefei Sunshine Volunteer Service Foundation Contributed by Goocoo Group Announces Establishment

July 11, Hefei Sunshine Volunteer Service Foundation jointly contributed by the Municipal Civilization Office and six enterprises including Goocoo Group etc. was established, and Mr. Yuan Qihong, Chairman of Goocoo Group held the post of Chairman of the board of directors of the foundation. Wei Yuping, Deputy Minister of Propaganda Department of CPC Municipal Committee and Director of Municipal Policy Propaganda Office presided at the press conference for establishment of the foundation.

Hefei Sunshine Volunteer Service Foundation is established for promoting healthy and long-lasting development of volunteer services in the entire city and continuously raising the quality of civilization of citizens and the level of civilization of society. It is aimed at carrying out volunteer service activities, organizing volunteer service trainings, awarding the models of volunteer services and promoting the development of volunteer services.

It is learned that Hefei Sunshine Volunteer Service Foundation is a non-public funding foundation with the original fund of RMB 3.1 million, in which Anhui Goocoo Investment Group contributed RMB 2 million. Goocoo Group will do its best to make Hefei Sunshine Volunteer Service Foundation into a commonweal organization with certain influences in the city, province or even in the country together with supervisory departments and members of the board of directors, so as to make due contributions to civilization construction and public welfare and help more people in need.

There is only starting point but no end for public welfare.
