Responsibilities:
1. Develop the company"s strategy and present the company"s business planning, management policy and management forms according to the strategic objectives proposed by the board of directors or the Group Company;
2. Manage the building of senior team and daily operation of the enterprise, track the achievement of the company’s operation target and provide analytical advice and recommendations for improvement;
3. Organize and prepare design management, design standards, processes and systems of the Group and conduct evaluation, adjustment, optimization based on the development of company;
4. Track the latest related design trends of real estate industry at home and abroad and guide the engineering technology improvements for all projects of the Group;
5. Continuously study new design concepts and methods, write relevant recommendation report; take charge of organizing research and development for new building products and tracking new concepts, technologies, materials and process information;
6. Organize the summary and analysis on design flaws and problems of products completed by the Group and gradually establish the product standards for development projects of the Group.

Demands:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 10 years of work experience in the same industry, of which at least 5 years of work experience in the same occupation and position. Those with work experience in large design institute and group design control are preferred;
2. Familiar with the policies, laws and regulations of real estate industry and the development process of real estate enterprise; proficient in real estate building design business, familiar with domestic and foreign advanced design concepts and management modes and having strong design professional judgment and decision-making skills, planning control and communication and coordination skills;
3. Having a wealth of practical and managerial experience as well as strong plan promoting capacity; having excellent leadership skills and ability to undertake internal and external work problems and independently solve difficulties; having strong communication skills and able to complete management work for appointed departments with high quality and efficiency.
