Responsibilities:
1. Assist CEO in the preparation of the company"s annual marketing strategic planning;
2. Build and manage the marketing team, establish systematic marketing system, processes and standardized management documents;
3. Comprehensively arrange the positioning of the Group’s marketing market, organize and carry out market analysis, market research, target customer analysis, competitive project analysis, product positioning and price calculation and other activities, develop and implement the overall marketing promotion plans and market expansion plans for all the projects;
4. Put forward professional advice on the design of marketing products and recommend the type and proportion of overall products and staging products;
5. Comprehensively arrange the management of external partnership relation, maintain good communication with the mortgage banks as well as form strategic alliance or partnerships with corporate planning, advertising agency, media and other professional organizations;
6. In charge of the performance management, team building and staff development of the department.

Demands:
1. Bachelor degree or above, marketing, real estate operation and management, investment management and other related majors;
2. More than 10 years of work experience in the same large industry, of which at least 5 years of work experience in the same occupation and position and having vision of group marketing control;
3. Familiar with the industry"s residential market, commercial real estate, business logistics, cultural comic and animation and other multiple format market conditions and having a unique grasp of its development trend and operation key;
4. Familiar with project investment research and investment planning processes and having a strong marketing planning and marketing management skills;
5. Having a wealth of practical and managerial experience as well as strong plan promoting capacity; having excellent leadership skills and ability to undertake internal and external work problems and independently solve difficulties; having strong communication skills and able to complete management work for appointed departments with high quality and efficiency.
