Responsibilities:

1. Develop development planning for trade city and investment strategies according to the company"s strategy, make adjustments in accordance with the actual implementation and conduct these strategies;

2. Be solely responsible for the specific implementation of property lease and market research, develop house rent raising and renewal scheme, report contract renewal and rescission and other matters to the Group Investment Promotion Department for approval; related specific investment work should be treated promptly and reported to the Group;

3. Responsible for the daily management of Trade City, development of various rules and regulations, personnel allocation, work supervision and guidance; team building; establishing food standing book according to the requirements of relevant departments, timely inspect fire protection, food and safety and security etc. to ensure that all the work can be up to the standard requirements;

4. Actively contact the relevant departments, urge them to give assistance, follow up the process and complete the problem-solving for problems needing help of other departments of the project; for external liaison, actively conduct effective communication with relevant departments, problems should be handled at your own firstly, those beyond your extent of competence should be promptly reported to the superiors; but follow-up and problem-solving should be carried out and main responsibility should be borne by yourself;

5. Timely provide customers with related services defined in the contract, promptly solve customer complaints, reduce customer complaint rate and improve service satisfaction;

6. Supervise the staff to implement and comply with various company systems; train the staff to master the basic work skills, various rules and regulations and procedures of the company and supervise the staff to learn;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.



Demands:
1. Bachelor degree or above, economic management, real estate management and other relevant majors, more than 10 years of related work experience in the operation and management of trade city or professional market,

2. Having ever taken charge of the comprehensive management of project development, construction, investment, marketing, operation and other aspects for large trade city or large professional market, those who are good at project investment, planning and operation will be preferred;

3. Having excellent global view and leadership skills, strong decision-making ability, planning ability, organizational skills, coordinate ability, communication skills, verbal and written communication skills as well as public relation ability;

4. Having a strong sense of responsibility, risk awareness, professional dedication and executive force; having excellent market sensitivity and judgment as well as the ability to flexibly deal with problems by combining use of all kinds of knowledge and skills.
