Responsibilities:
1. Build marketing planning management and brand management platform for the group according to the development and strategic requirements of company;
2. Organize the design, preserving and promotion of the company’s external image and determine the long-term positioning of the company in consumers;
3. Create value for the enterprise and provide customers with value-added services with highly effective marketing planning and brand management;
4. Take charge of specifying and implementing the annual marketing planning scheme for the Group projects, organizing the development of project promotion plan and completing various preparatory works of projects on schedule, developing the group brand promotion program and brand management standard as well as organizing implementation, carrying out a full range of publicity for the company image and preserving for project brands, making suggestions for revision and market opinion for the prophase planning and design scheme of the company"s projects;
5. Responsible for the establishment and improvement of Group marketing management system;
6. Responsible for the control and approval of Group marketing expense;
7. Responsible for the management of Group marketing team.

Demands:
1. Bachelor degree or above, real estate operation and management, marketing and other relevant majors;     
2. More than 8 years of project planning and sales management work experience in management positions, more than 3 years of marketing senior executive work experience in large commercial and trade logistics etc.;
3. Proficient in market operation process, having a deep understanding and control capability  on development and marketing chain, industry conditions, customers and media, having successful whole stock trading experience and cases in taking charge of large commercial real estate, trade logistics, cultural comic and animation and other projects;
4. Having keen abilities on market sensing and grasping of market dynamics and direction with unique analytic and judging capability on market information. Being able to develop and implement effective feasibility adjustment strategies according to the changes of macroeconomic environment of real estate industry, national and local policies, dynamics of competing companies, urban construction trends and urban planning;
5. Having good professional skills and literacy, mature and stable professional attitude and team spirit with active thinking and spirit of innovation;
6. Good at leading team work with excellent personality charm and good communication, coordination and leadership skills.
