           On Dec. 11, 2015, “2015 Sina Jin Qi Lin (Anhui) Forum” with theme of New-Type Urbanization and City-Industry Integration was held ceremoniously in Ligang Sheraton hotel, Xinzhan DIistrict, Hefei City; this forum was sponsored by People’s Government of Hefei City, Management Committee in Xinzhan Comprehensive Development Experimental Zone of Hefei City, and Sina Net, Anhui Branch; with strategic cooperation of Jingshang Trade and Business City.

    Specialists and scholars such as Wu Xiaohua (Vice-president of Academy of Macroeconomic Research, NDRC, and Vice-president of Institute of China"s Economic Reform & Development, Renmin University of China), Ni Pengfei (Director of City and Competitiveness Research Center, CASS), and Feng Kui (Secretary-general of Academic Board of City Center, NDRC); and leaders such as Han Bing (Member of the Standing Committee of Hefei Municipal Party Committee, CPC, and Executive Vice Mayor of Hefei City), Wang Wensong (Party Committee Secretary of Xinzhan Comprehensive Development Experimental Zone of Hefei City, and Director of Management Committee in Xinzhan Comprehensive Development Experimental Zone), Yuan Qihong (Chairman of Goocoo Group), Zhang Ronghua (Deputy Chairman of Goocoo Group) and Yu Long (Chairman of Jingshang Trade and Business City) attended this forum.

    This Jin Qi Lin Forum lasted for 1 day; from keynote speech, theme forum to round table salon, from new urban district, industrial park, network propaganda to financial industry … with rich contents and compact rhythm, this forum effectively publicized the themes of the times: New-Type Urbanization and City-Industry Integration.

    In the forum on forenoon of Dec. 11, the municipal leaders of Hefei City and the leaders of Xinzhan District in Hefei City introduced the development situation of Hefei City and of Xinzhan District, and their plans on construction of future New-Type Urbanization in detail; the Specialist and scholar participants conducted explanation on New-Type Urbanization and City-Industry Integration one after another, and put forth original ideas on construction of New-Type Urbanization in Hefei City and in Xinzhan District.

    Han Bing (Member of the Standing Committee of Hefei Municipal Party Committee, CPC, and Executive Vice Mayor of Hefei City) pointed out in his keynote speech that Hefei City was a “Dual Node” city in “One Belt and One Road” strategy and Yangtse River Economic Zone; and that accelerating City-Industry Integration was a key point, in order to make Hefei City into a sub-center city in Yangtze River Delta.

    On afternoon of Dec. 11, discussion and communication on different fields such as “Open Development in Xinzhan District”, “New Urban District + New Media” and “Innovative Financial Services Benefit New-Type Urbanization” were conducted in round table forum. Zhang Ronghua (Deputy Chairman of Goocoo Group) attended thematic study of City-Industry Integration in Xinzhan District and gave speeches; guest participants agreed with the effort of Xinzhan District to vigorously develop New-Type Urbanization and for City-Industry Integration; they were full of confidence and hope in future development of Xinzhan District.

    On forenoon of Dec. 12, Yu Yong (Deputy Director of Management Committee in Xinzhan District); famous experts such as Peng Bo and Xie Liangbing; responsible persons for Chuzhou Development Park, Fuyang Development Park, Wuhu Development Park and etc; responsible persons for Network Propaganda Offices in some prefecture-level cities; representatives of investors such as Guangda Group of Qianhai, Shenzhen; and relevant media reporters visited Xinzhan District, Hefei City together. This investigation group visited many famous projects such as Jingshang Trade and Business City, BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd, Jiahai Industrial City, Comprehensive Bonded Zone and Exhibition Hall of Management Committee in Xinzhan District; and they gave advices and suggestions on development of Xinzhan District, Hefei City.

    As the annual high-end summit of Sina Net that faces the field of finance and economics in China, since its first sponsorship in 2008, Jin Qi Lin Forum has been successfully held for 6 times in succession.
