    On December 19, 2014, Anhui Goocoo Robot Industry Shareholding Co., Ltd was officially registered and established with the registered capital of CNY 1 billion Yuan in Hefei High-tech Zone, whose main business scope includes the investment, development, production and sales of robots and intelligent automation equipment, automatic stereoscopic warehouse and warehousing logistics equipment, machinery and electrical equipment as well as large-scale automation system and production line etc..
    The company is the first large entity enterprise established since the transformation and upgrading of Goocoo Group towards high technology and intelligent emerging industries which has been determined since early 2014, it has shown the strength, confidence and determination of Goocoo Group in the development of robots, meantime, it is also the implementation of great achievement after the signing of Hefei robot industry strategic cooperation framework agreement with University of Science and Technology of China and Hi-tech Zone Management Committee on September 9, 2014.
